Tan Duc Investment Corporation, a subsiduary of the ITA GROUP, has taken the decision to establish a Social Security Foundation named the “ITA Foundation For Healing Sorrows”.

Based on Tan Duc Investment Corporation’s regulations, which were approved by The Board of Management
The decision:
- Section1: Tan Duc Investment Corporation, a subsiduary of the ITA GROUP, has decided to establish a Social Security Fund named the “ITA Foundation For Healing Sorrows”.
- Section 2: The duties of “the ITA Foundation For Healing Sorrows” are to provide social welfare for people who contributed to the Revolution and who now suffer from great hardship in their life.
- Section 3: Members are to share management of the “ITA Foundation For Healing Sorrows ”; and are to complete the legal procedures for the Foundation; and are to have a seal designed and a private account established for its operation. The decision will take effect as soon as it has been signed.
