Ha Tay Provincial People ‘s Committee approved the new Xuan Mai urban zone building project with Tan Tao Group as a main investor.
The new Xuan Mai urban zone has its total area of 9600 ha. and will become a high end and modern urban zone in the near future. The urban zone is one of projects foreseen in the Prime Minister’s plans to expand urban living to the West of Hanoi by 2020. The new Xuan Mai urban zone is strategically situated on an artery road that connects with China on the north, Laos on the west and to southern provinces of Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh Highway. The area also shows a great potential for ecological tourism, high-end resorts. modern industrial parks and residential zones.
In the near future, the development of the new Xuan Mai urban zone will be able to meet increasing demands for housing and relieve the pressures of population growth in the city of Hanoi and its neighboring regions.
Prior to a working session with Ha Tay Provincial People ‘s Committee ( 17-19 February 2008), Tan Tao Group and Morris Architects consultancy company (US) will complete a field study of the whole region.
