ITA GROUP reports its earnings for the first seven months of 2008 of VND 262.5 billion, 143.4% higher than the 2007 results with its 73% coming from factories and land realty in the Industrial Parks and the rest from services including water supply, waste water treatment, electricity, infrastructure fees.

The Tan Tao Investment & Industry Corporation (ITACO) announces:

In spite of ITA share's continuous falls during recent tradings sessions, ITACO‘s business activities continue to perform in its normalcy, which is proved by its business profit of VND 262.5 billion for the first seven months of 2008, 143.4% higher compare to 2007 results. Its 73% originates from factory plants and land leasing in the Industrial Parks and the rest 27% from services of water supply, sewage treatment, electricity supply, infrastructure fees…etc.

In addition, the foreign direct investment (FDI) flowing into Vietnam has surged to VND 45.3 billion, up 3.3 times compared to the year 2007. There is a FDI shifting tendency from China to Vietnam and a vast majority flows into industrial parks. Therefore, the number of investors and clients seeking investment opportunities in the Tan Tao Industrial Park has doubled over previous time.
