346-ha-Clearance for Tan Duc E.city will be done by Nov.2008

Two-thirds of households have been detrained relocated and got compensation of VN199,496,000,000 by the Tan Tao Group.
The Department of Tan Tao Group for the compensations and site clearances has positively worked with the local authority to verify and to get the paper works done in order to let the Farmers got compensation of VN199,496,000,000. It is expected that the site clearances will be finished by the end of Nov.,2007.
Phuong Nam Corp. and American Planners have worked together to complete the Master Plan with the scale 1/500 for the New E.city. There are high-end villas in the private-gated communities, there is also Swan Lake connecting to Vamco River with the docks will be built to allow owners who have Yatches to enjoin life and relaxing during weekends.
Especially, there is a 1,5km-walking-road with the old and tropical trees along straight to a City Hall in the center of the Tan Duc E.city. The square will be preserved for displaying and trading area for bonsai, ornament birds, fish ect… This model will remind us thinking of Barcelona in Spain.
The Board of Directors plans to start building infrustructure and utilities for the E.city by Dec.2007.
