Submitted the Conceptional Masterplan and programs of UOSA

Last week, Tan Tao Group submitted the Conceptional Masterplan and programs of Uniersity Of Southeast Asia (UOSA) done by Morris Architects -USA.

The UOSA has its infrastructure and curriculums designed and constructed following the American standards by Morris Architects Corp, a leading American Corporation constructing hundreds of universities worldwide.

The UOSA s‘ construction will cover an area of 105 ha, 40 ha of which will be undertaken at the first phase in Duc Hoa district, Long An province. At the present, Morris Architects pr+ompts the construction of 11 buildings at the first phase, which is expected to be accomplished by 2011. The vocational center is in preparation for construction to exercise student enrolment by 2009.

The UOSA ‘s design and scheme is under the American standards, including: Lecture Halls are capable of holding 3000 students; small classrooms for tens of students working in group; Theatre for literature art lessons; international standard sporting zones for 25,000 persons… In addition, Library, Student ‘s dormitory, mess hall…following American standards. When accomplished, the College ‘s enrolment will reach 20,000 students.

The UOSA ‘s training will focus on various branches: Business, Investment, Banking, International relationship, Architecture, Construction engineer, Literature-Art…

The Corporation is planned to employ a renowned foreign professor for the Principal. At the first course, the College will offer scholarships and admit students with good grade or attaining the highest university entrance exam scores nationwide.
