Article 48 Supplementing and amending the Charter
48.1. Any supplement or amendment to this Charter should be examined and passed by the Shareholders Meeting.
48.2. If any regulations of the Law related to the activities of the Company have not been stipulated in this Charter or if any new regulations of the Law are different to the Articles of this Charter, then those regulations will be implicitly applied and modified the activities of the Company.
