The HEPZA delegation comprised of the research team of Mosei University led by Dr. Shimomura Yasutami, was welcomed by Mr. Nguyen Trong Dung and Ms. Huynh Hoai Chau, Vice-head of Administration & Human resources Department and staff of Tan Tao Group.

At the meeting, the research team of Mosei University exchanged labor issues of foreign invested companies at the Industrial Park including payment of salaries and strikes at several Industrial Parks in the City. On the other hand, they were also introduced by Tan Tao Group‘s executives about its projects already implemented or to be implemented, its investment advantages.

In particular, the delegation cared much about the hostel of staff and employees in the Tan Tao IP. The Group‘s hostel has really become a second home for 160 staffs and employees. However, it will be just used within the 2005-2010 period. During that time, Tan Tao Group will build high-end buildings at the 32 ha –housing project with convenient and comfortable apartments and with preferential rental treatment for staff and employees in the Industrial Park.

The research‘s results will be the basis for assuring employees long-term and stable jobs in Ho Chi Minh City.
