New innovative model housing for Tan Duc E.City to be launched in Long An

In the Cultural Park of Tan An town of Long An province a model of a new high-class housing development boasting many novel designs for Tan Duc E.City will be displayed.

Tan Duc E.City, invested by ITA Group, will take part in the exposition which is due to be organized on April 18-23 by local organizers.

Tan Duc E.City is a gated urban community equipped with many advanced features. It will benefit from 24-hour security protection. It is also designed and planned on a chessboard theme. The attached houses are built along the main roads in order to make the residential quarters more spacious. Moreover, the homes are beautiful and modern and built with high quality materials.

The public areas will have all the facilities offered by a modern city. These will include education, health, administration, trade, park, entertainment and sports facilities. More still, a college and a vocational centre will be built to provide international training programs for local residents. It is also hoped that these services will provided businesses with much demanded highly-skilled employees.

On March 9th, 2008 at the Meeting Hall of Municipal Party Committee in Ho Chi Minh City, the attached houses in the modern commercial area were previewed to the public. Each house is 5 meters in width and 25 meters in length. These ready-made homes (single or doublet villas) will be sold in the Happiness, the Prosperity, and the Great blessing areas of the development.

The homes and villas are based on a standard design. They will, however, be adjusted in every detail to customers’ tastes and needs.
