Tan Tao Group and workers campaign for the helmet wearing
In the evening of December 9, 2007, on the Road A, Tan Tao Industrial Park organized a campaign called “Festival of workers for the Helmet Wearing” to propagate and motivate workers to comply with the Government‘s Resolution N0 32/NQ-CP of helmet wearing under the Traffic Transportation Law.
The Festival, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Worker and Youth Support Center, the City Youth Union’s Tradition Club, the City Banks’ Youth Union and Tan Tao Investment-Industry Corporation, drew a large participation of youth people, workers and residents in the surrounding areas of Tan Tao Industrial Park. As part of the propagation and encouragement of helmet wearing, the program offered 200 helmets to the companies‘s workers in the Tan Tao Industrial Park.
Traffic safety has become not only an issue of traffic regulation departments or administrators but also of the whole society. The festival was encouraged by the participation of the City Club of Political woman Prisoners led by Mrs. Truong Thi Hien, the wife of the City Secretary Mr. Le Thanh Hai; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang, member of Youth Steering Board, Director of the City Youth and Worker Support Center; Mr. Nguyen Trong Dung, Deputy-Chef of Personnel and Administration Department of Phuong Nam Construction Consultancy and Informatics JSC of Tan Tao Group and many famous singers and music bands
