In 2008 ITA-s will continue offering scholarships to poor students who perform well. This is in addition to the three further funds offered by ITA: : ITA-s for Future, ITA-s for overcoming illnesses and ITA-s for healing sorrows.
At 6.30 on March 10, the Ceremony of offering 20 Ita-s for Future scholarships was held at Long Thoi secondary school in Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh city.

On the morning of February 26, 2008, at the Thanh Hoa Convention Center, the ITA-Foundations of the Tan Tao Group (Ho Chi Minh city) in coordination with the Learning Promotion Association handed over 183 scholarships to poor students of the province.

Between January 20 and 24, 2008, Mr. Dang Quang Hanh, Vice-President of Tan Tao Group, visited and presented gifts to teachers facing difficult challenges in remote northern mountainous areas in the ITA-Foundations program entitled “Supporting poor teachers in remote mountainous areas."
