ITA-s Activity

At 11 am on January 26, 2008, Mr. Dang Quang Hanh, Vice-President of Tan Tao Group, visited Hanoi Birla Children Village, one of the orphanage centers in Hanoi Capital, and offered Tet presents totalling VND 35 million.

The competition festival will be held from 8 am to 12 pm on January 30 at the Dam Sen Cultural Park with the participation of 700 poor children including 50 students from Long An province.

On the day of the Lunar New Year, 2008, Tan Tao Investment-Industry Corporation and the Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims pledged gifts to dioxin victims in districts of Ho Chi Minh City.

On January 22, 2008, Mr. Dang Quang Hanh, Vice-President of Tan Tao Investment-Industry Corporation (Ho Chi Minh city) attended the inauguration ceremony of the patient house in Pu Hong commune (Dien Bien Dong district, Dien Bien province).

On the morning of 25 January 2008, the Ben Tre provincial People‘s Committee awarded a certificate of merit to ITA-Foundations (Tan Tao Group) for its support and contribution to the building compassion houses for poor housholders in the province.

On the morning of 23 January 2008, Mr. Dang Quang Hanh, Vice-President of Tan Tao Investment – Industry Corporation, the representative of ITA-Foundations of Tan Tao Group in coordination with Dien Bien Phu newspaper and leaders of Dien Bien Dong district (Dien Bien province) held a land breaking ceremony in the construction of a boarding house in Dien Bien Dong district, Dien Bien province.

On January 10, 2008, at Hanoi University of Business and Technology, the Vietnam Association of private colleges in coordination with Ita-Foundations for Future organized the Ceremony of offering scholarships to the Capital students” for students in difficult situations at the universities in Hanoi area.

On January 3, 2008, representative of ITA-s (Tan Tao Group) in Hanoi officially offered presents and cash to Nguyen Dinh Chieu High School in Hanoi with a total value of VND 134 million, in which 150 quilted blankets, a VND 84 million sound system and VND 50 million award to 10 students in difficult situations.

With the aim of relieving the teachers of difficulties, encouraging them in maintaining their educational dedication in extremely poor areas, ITA-Foundations (Tan Tao Group) made a decision on phase 1 to financially support teachers attaining good educational achievements.

On the 25th anniversary of the foundation of Vietnam Teacher ‘s Day (1982-2007), on 21 November 2007, Tan Tao Group held the first stage offering ceremony in Long An province and in many other nationwide areas.
