ItaExpress –Through the ItaExpress website, Tan Tao Group set up three Social Security Foundation named ITA Foundations. These Foundations are for everybody acorss the entire country.
On 25 June, 2007, ITA Foundations was officially introduced and began work in Long An province.
What do ITS Foundations do? ITA Foundations desire to play a major role in social campaigning, support the poor, and offer assistance to studious pupils and students.
ITA Foundation For Future will help penniless patients and those currently looking for work. ITA Foundation to Beat Illness will help veterans and those infected with Dioxin.
The third foundation is the ITA Foundation to Heal Sorrow”.
In the first leg, Mrs. Dang Thi Hoang Yen, President of three Fund, with Mr. Thai Van Men, Deputy President, Mr. Dang Quang Hanh, Mrs. Nguyen Nhu Y and staffs took a great deal of pratical and effective action. For example, they worked Working with Labour and Social Welfare Services, the Fatherland Front Committee, Sponsoring Association for poor patients and disabled people in Ben Tre province, Chau Thanh Fatherland Front, and the People’s Committee in An Thanh Commune, Long An Province. They also worked closely in Hau Giang, Kien Giang with the press agency in order to introduce and raise awareness of ITA Foundations and the help which they offer.
Parallel that, Ita Foundations implemented to offer compassion houses valued VND 500 million along with 150 wheelchairs for the disabled in Ben Tre, VND 50 compassion houses valued VND 1 billion for Long An; support VND 2 billion for disabled people in Kien Giang for the free treatment medicines and transfer VND 2 billion in plans of building 10,000 compassion houses, which total costs are VND 10 billion for 3 years (2007-2010) for Kien Giang; support VND 500 million for HCMC Dioxin Victims Association; support VND 100 million for Foundation for the poor in Hau Giang, proceed to build the houses for the poor, whom are in pressing demand of houses.
Three Foundations are working actively now.
