VND 2 billion sponsor for school building in Thai Binh province
Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa, Head of Administration and Foreign Relations of the Tan Tao Group ‘s Nothern representative office, Hanoi, offered VND 2 billion for the construction of schools in Thai Binh province.
The ceremony in which the donation was made was held on the occasion of a New Year visit to Thai Binh province of State President Nguyen Minh Triet; the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Cao Duc Phat; Thai Binh Provincial Party Secretary Mr. Bui Tien Dung; President of the Provincial People ‘s Committee Mr. Nguyen Duy Viet, and other high level provincial officials.
The capital will be used to build a secondary school in An Ninh commune, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province - one of the poorest districts desperately in need of much improved education infrastructure. The school is scheduled to open by the end of 2008.
