On 28 September 2026, Tan Tao Investment and Industry Joint Stock Company (ITA) disclosed Information Disclosure No. 35/TB-ITACO 26 dated 28/09/2026 to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) regarding the notification of the maximum foreign ownership ratio at the Company.
According to the disclosure, on 28 September 2026, the Company received Official Letter No. 9370/UBCK-PTTT dated 22/09/2026 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam concerning the dossier notifying the maximum foreign ownership ratio of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Joint Stock Company.

Pursuant to the Official Letter, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam has provided its opinion on the Company’s dossier notifying the maximum foreign ownership ratio at 30%, in accordance with current legal regulations.
