Tan Tao Investment & Industry Corporation (ITACO) announces:

Due to the change of revenue accounting method (reporting overall sales upon transferring land and factory plants to clients), which is different from the previous revenue accounting (revenue accounting in net proceeds from clients), most of the 2008 revenue profits make ITACO readjust its revenue accounting of the previous years (2007, 2006, 2005…). For that reason, until September 30, 2008, the undistributed revenue profits earned by the Tan Tao Investment & Industry Corporation are VND 806 billion. After subtracting for the remaining undistributed earnings of 2007 (previous revenue accounting method), ITACO has generated VND 576 billion in revenue in 2008, representing 96% plan of 2008.
