On January 22, 2008, the Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission, Mr. Nguyen Doan Hung, signed a decision approving the principles of granting the license of establishment and operation to Tan Tao Securities Joint Stock Company.
The business activities of Tan Tao Securities Joint Stock Company include: Brokerage; Stock Exchange; Issuance Guaranty; Securities Investment Consultancy; and Securities Deposit.
The State Securities Commission also suggests the founding shareholders of Tan Tao Securities Joint Stock Company meet the following requirements: 1) correct the regulations of the company to conform to government regulations (Article 16); 2) correct the office leasing contract by principal (names of Party A and Party B); 3) complete the installation of facilities at company headquarters; 4) supplement the staff‘s profiles and prepare professional staff in accordance with regulations to meet the operational demands of the company; and 5) block the legal capital in Vietnam Bank of Investment and Development according to the current law.
