On June 16, 2026, Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation (ITACO) sent Notice No. 24/TB-ITACO 26 to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the Hanoi Stock Exchange. This notice relates to Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation’s information disclosure regarding the Company’s receipt, on June 15, 2026, of Decision No. 320/2026/QĐ-PS dated May 14, 2026 issued by the People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City on the resolution of the request for reconsideration of the decision to suspend bankruptcy proceedings for case file No. 18/2017/TLDN-PS dated November 27, 2017.
