Ita Foundations offer the disabled 150 wheelchairs
ItaExpress – 25 July, 2007 ITA held an event that warmed the hearts of everybody in attendance. The event saw ITA Foundations offer of 150 wheelchairs to the disabled at The Elder House of culture of Ben Tre Town, Ben Tre Province
On behalf of ITA GROUP, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung, Director Personnel Administrative, said that “I received the offer of support of 150 wheelchairs of Labor and Social Welfare Service with Sponsorial Association for poor patients and the disabled of Ben Tre Province. The Board of Management of Tan Tao considered and agreed to the offer. We hope that the contribution will go some way towards reducing the difficulties which the disabled are facing, especially with beneficiary of social welfare”
On behalf of People’s Committee of Ben Tre, Mr. Vo Thanh Hao, Deputy President of People’s Committee, along with the head of the Labor and Social Welfare Service, Sponsorial Association for poor patients and the disabled of Ben Tre Province, Front Motherland were deeply grateful to Tan Tao.
Representatives of the disabled, who are to receive wheelchairs, Mr. Huynh Van Triem at Minh Duc Commune, Mo Cay District showed his feeling and his thanks to ITA Foundations and ITA GROUP. He said: “I’m so touched when I know that ITA Foundations and ITA GROUP will offer me wheelchair. I am so pleased because it is not only me who will benefit. I can now move more conveniently. Thanks to ITA GROUP so much”. Mr. Huynh Van Triem’s sentiments express the feelings of all 149 recipients.
