Job description
- Prepare feasibility studies, financial model, and project document package submitted for internal approval, investment licenses and loan arrangement
- Responsible for pre-development phase of investment projects that have participation of foreign partners
- Lead negotiation teams to negotiate with foreign partners on EPC, consulting contracts, joint development contracts,…
- Coordinate international consultants to work with international banks to get finance for projects, to implement development projects.
- working with ministries, agencies to get necessary approvals for projects.
- Follow up MoUs, Agreements signed with foreign partners and solve problems or conflicts during implementation.
- Manage R&D team
- Responsible to implement projects in the North of Vietnam
Job requirement
- University graduate (management/ engineering/ economics/ laws)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years of management experience in project development, infrastructure project
- Experience in formulating, negotiating contracts
- Good understanding of legal system, legal procedures in investment project, engineering contracts
- Having knowledge in finance, financial model
- Fluent English (competent in negotiating with foreign partners)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
