The first period (previous 2010), the school estimates investment 15 departments such as: Business Administration – Marketing, Tourism, Finance – Bank, Account – Audit, English, Trading, Industrial electronics, Electricity technology, Civil and industrial construction, Information technology, Chemical technology, Car technology, Mechanics technology, Sewing technology and Fashion design, Architecture.

The period of after 2010 year, depending on the societies demand in a new period and the school’s financial ability. The school can open extra some new departments. The form of the school’s training is diversified, there are long term regular training, in-service training and combine both up them. The educational level consists of college, intermediate and training. In the future, when the school gather experience in management and university education, as well as has enough material facilities, the school will upgrade to become a university in order to expand educational level such as MA and PhD degree.

East Southern Community College has legal personality according to the law’s regulation, it is managed about education by Party, Ministry of Education and Training and Long An People’s Committee. This school is equal of powers and duties of the school, teachers and students with Public Training College as well as other Training school in whole country.
