Cooperating with Samsung Engineering on power development
June 10, Tan Tao Group worked with Samsung Engineering Corporation (Korea) on power development in Ho Chi Minh city.
At the meeting, the Board of Directors from Samsung Engineering were introduced to the 11 year history and development of Tan Tao Group by the Group‘s executives, particularly 2 large power plant projects in Long An and Kien Giang provinces. Both companies discussed and exchanged ideas and solutions relating to the construction process of the plants and agreed to embark upon detailed exchanges of information to work out optimal solutions in the development of cooperation.
Samsung Engineering Co. was the first and largest domestic engineering firm, was established in 1970 and has its headquarters based in Seoul, South Korea, with its presence in more than 30 countries employing over 3,360 people and estimated 6,000 employees by 2010. The company is projected to be an important partner in the future development of Tan Tao Group.
