On April 24, 2026, Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation submitted Information Disclosure Notice No. 12/TB-ITACO 26 to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the Hanoi Stock Exchange regarding the disclosure of information as follows:

Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation discloses Official Letter No. 50/CV-ITACO-26, issued on April 24, 2026, regarding the explanation of indications of violation of regulations on the obligation to submit the audited financial statements for 2025, pursuant to Official Letter No. 918/SGDHN-QLNY dated April 9, 2026 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
