The board of management’s decision:
Based on Tan Duc Investment Corporation’s regulations, which were approved by The Board of Management.
The decision:
- Section1: Tan Duc Investment Corporation, a subsiduary of ITA GROUP, has taken the decision to establish a Social Security Foundation entitled the “ITA Foundation For Overcoming Illness”.
- Section 2: The duties of the “ITA Foundation For Overcoming Illness” are to provide financial assistance for poor patients struggling to meet the costs of medical treatment.
- Section 3: Members of the Foundation are to share the management duties of the “ITA Foundation For Overcoming Illness”; and are to create a seal and establish a private account for its operation. The decision takes effects as soon as the decision is signed.
