61,000 square metres of land in Tan Tao leased in a week
In the past week, investors leased 61,000 square metres of land in Tan Tao Industrial Park.
Tan Tao Business – Marketing Department welcomed 8 investors toward leasing land and factory plant in Tan Tao Industrial Park. Apart from domestic investors, the Industrial Park also welcomed Korean and Taiwan investors majoring in manufacturing mechanics, cosmetics and paper packing arrived.
The Department has cooperated with Tan Duc Investment Corporation in negotiation with land brokers about selling houses in Tan Duc residential zone.
