Compassion houses granted to Long An province
Officials give a compassion house to Phan Van Xe‘s family.
In a bid to uphold the tradition of the addage that: “when drinking water, remember its source”, the Tan Duc Investment Corporation of Tan Tao Group granted compassion houses to policy families in Long An province.
Tan Tao Group has also donated VND 2,1 billion to 7 districts in Long An comprising Thanh Hoa, Tan Hung, Vinh Hung, Moc Hoa, Tan Thanh, Duc Hue, Thu Thua for building 70 compassion houses for policy families in remote mountainous areas in order to share difficulties and support “favor return” activities of Long An province.
July 23, 2008, representatives of the Tan Duc Investment Corp., Thanh Hoa district‘s Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and Tan Tay communal authority gave a compassion house to Phan Van Xe ‘s family, a war invalid, living in hamlet 5, Tan Tay commune.
The local authority and families expressed their sincere gratitude to the Board of Tan Duc Corp. for empathising with their difficulties and providing material and spiritual support to people in need.
