ITACO filled the ITA-TEL a Telecommunication Company
Tan Tao Group received the Business License for the Telecommunication Exploitation ITA-TEL JSC. The ITA-TEL JSC is a joint venture between ITACO and the CTIN, a company of the Ministry of Post &Telecommunication; ITACO holds 50% of its chartered capital.
The Company’s goal is to expand Tan Tao Group activities into the domain of telecommunication and cable television services.
Despite newly established, ITATEL has already signed 13 contracts with customers comprising the owners of big buildings nationwide and in negotiation with 30 others. Until now, the transmission signals from the buildings have been very weak. ITATEL has invested in installing transceiver stations on high buildings to improve telecommunication services, and as a consequence, Vinaphone, HTphone, Mobilephone signed subscription contracts with ITATEL.
Furthermore, ITATEL was established to smooth the way to the development for the construction of an intelligent city, E.City, the first in Vietnam. The ground breaking will take place on December 15, 2007.
