18 foreign and domestic investors leasing lands
From October 29th to November 3rd 2007, Tan Duc investment Corporation/TanTao Group worked with 18 domestic and foreign investors who came to lease lands and factories in Tan Duc Industrial Park.
The Company continues supporting the customers who have been leasing lands and factories in the Industrial Park. Such as helping Luc Dong Company to submit the additional documents to get the Investment License; supporting Tango Candy Manufactory to establish branches; helping Nguyen Van Cu and establishing a branch for Phu Vinh company. The company also got the necessary documents completed for the customers and have them to sign the contracts and to build the factories on the Road N01, 3, 5, 7, 9 and AnHa Road.
Besides, Company has also participated in a fair for investment opportunities for the key Southern economic areas, in a land-breaking ceremony of Nguyen Thinh Company, Sai Gon Ink and chemical company, Ngoc Diep Company.
The Construction and Technical Department of the Company specified the boundary and the land elevation for Luc Dong company to build a factory. The Company also encourages the customers who signed the contracts to be land-transferred and to build the factories soonest, also contacted the customers who have had the Understandings with the company to sign the contract for land- transferring.
