Tan Duc: Welcome 11 investors leasing 50 ha-land
From November 12th to 17th , Tan Duc Investment Joint Stock Company welcomed 11 domestic and foreign investors to lease land and plants in Tan Duc Industrial Park.
The total leasing area has reached more than 54 ha, in which 17 ha was leased by a Korean investor and 10 ha was leased by 2 domestic investors.
This week, a 16.698 m2 land leasing agreement was signed between the company and Sai Gon Joint Stock Company, and 30.000 m2 re-leasing land area contract was designed with the investor leasing Lot 17, Road 1. In addition, the Company is on the point of signing a contract with Yuan Hsiang company, Y Vinh company and Viet Phu company.
Furthermore, the company continues helping customers fulfill legal procedures and in investment consultancy; Helping Luc Dong company submit the additional documents, helping Tango Candy get Investment License completed, helping Hanh Hao and An Ha company alter the business registry content and accomplishing Investment License for Yuan Hsiang company. During this week, the company has also got business registry finished for Viet Phu company and help 3 investors leasing land in Road 9 in the Industrial Park.
