AGRITA Energy and Mechanic Industrial Park
On 12 December, 2007, Tap Tao Group officially submitted the detailed schematic design 1/2000 and AGRITA for the Urban Area & Mechanical Energy Industrial Park project. The Park is to be developed on an approximated 700 ha area by Hung Yen provincial departments and branches.
The Complex will be loacted 5 km from Hanoi Capital with very convenient road and waterway links. The Industrial Park will be built on 500 ha whilst the remaining 200 ha area will be used for the construction of a modern urban area which will provide high-end accommodation for specialists, housing for workers, other commerce and service centers including restaurants and cinemas.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung issued a specific notification about the moving of energy and mechanical factories out of central Hanoi. Up until now, 7 large factories have registered to move in 2008. This large demand has put strain on the implementation process.
Tan Tao Group and the moving companies are also making joint-ventures to develop high-end Apartments, Offices, Commercial Centers, Recreational and Cultural Areas on these areas which will become vacant in central Hanoi.
