Tan Duc signing land leasing contract with Liksin Corporation
Tan Duc Industrial Park ‘s Corner
Last week, from December 17 to 22, Tan Duc Investment Company signed land leasing contracts with Liksin company and Viet Phu company.
Liksin Corporation agreed to lease six lots of land with a total area of 83,500 m2 and Viet Phu company endorsed the lease of nearly 20,000 m2 area.
Moreover, the Company had a meeting with 15 foreign and domestic investors seeking good understandings of land and plant leasing in Tan Duc Industrial Park. Concurrently, the Company also contacts with customers who have already visited to have the understanding of Tan Duc Industrial Park.
In addition, the Company continues to support customers about the legal procedures-Investment Consultancy including helping Sieu Thanh company alter chartered capital; helping Quyen Auto Company supplement additional business professions…supporting Ha Gia company, Tan Thinh company, Quoc Hung company…establish new legal entities; contacting with customers to carry out legal procedures with a view to signing formal contracts and building on-land plants…
During this week, the Company will continue to keep close watch on the Agreements and Contracts which have already been sent to customers, the progress of land and plant transfer and contact with the customers who has had the understandings of Tan Duc Industrial Park.
