Within this period, the customers agreeing to the terms and on-time payment in line with the construction of housing group at the Market Quarter of residential zone project of Tan Duc Investment Corporation will secure the benefit: Prior to December 31, 2009, in case customers haven’t sought any partners to transfer but want to retransfer the capital contribution agreement of the housing group, the company will return the entire contributed capital to them and ensure a 25% interest rate of the total capital.
The capital contribution will be divided into 6 stages:
Stage 1: Contributing 20% of the total capital right after signing the house purchasing agreement
Stage 2: Contributing 20% of the total capital right after the house construction start
Stage 3: Contributing 20% of the total capital after 2 months from the date of commencement of works.
Stage 4: Contributing 20% of the total capital after 2 months as from the stage 3.
