Creation of ITA-276 Joint Stock Company
Tan Tao Group has already received the Business License for Investment Construction & Exploitation JSC - Tan Tao high-end Apartment & Office-Commercial Complex-276, named as ITA-276/TAN TAO-276.
The ITA-276 JSC has its 80% of chartered capital held by Tan Tao Group, in which 51% held by ITACO Company.
The Company was founded for the investment, construction and exploitation of High-end Apartments-Office and Commercial Complex, named as ITA GALERIA – HIGHRISE, on a total area of nearly 14.000 m2 on Dien Bien Phu Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Tan Tao Group completed the site-clearance and resettlement compensation and a factory plant’s construction is now in progress toward moving the actual mechanical factory on the site to the Industrial Park conformed to the City‘s Directive. At the present time, the project’s architectural plan and design are handled by Morris Architects and Phuong Nam Company, a design consultancy subsidiary company of Tan Tao Group, detailing the construction cluster at this deserved location in Ho Chi Minh City.
After the completion of ITA GALERIA-HIGHRISE Complex, it will provide Ho Chi Minh City with American standard luxurious apartments and high-end offices and an additional Commercial Center with a rotation restaurant on the top floor.
