ITA Group project in Long An province
An office building and commercial centre project, invested by ITA Group, was aggressively approved by Long An Permanent Provincial Committee and its relevant departments.
The 27-hectare area locates by the side of Vam Co Tay river, Tan An town, Long An province, about 40 kilometers western of Ho Chi Minh City.
Thanks to preferential policies and support of local authority, Long An province has become a promising destination for numerous investors inside and outside the country. At present, Long An has 17 industrial parks and is one of the leading southern province to attract investment houses.
Along with rapid development of industrial parks and population, Long An requires more modern urban zones and high-class services to meet demand for business and manufacturing. Furthermore, a residential quarter for businessmen and specialists needs building.
It is hoped that the project plays an important role in drawing foreign and domestic corporations and helps businesses in the neighboring industrial parks have access to high quality offices.
The 27-hectare project includes office buildings, entertaiment, resettlement zones, and high-class residential quarters with attached houses or villas
Tan Tao Group has a plan to compensate for site clearance and resettlement. The project has an impact on 520 people, including 300 farmers.
