Tan Tao Investment & Industry Corporation announced that the 2009 General Assembly of the company’s shareholders will take place on April 24, 2009 at the Headquarter of Tan Duc Investment Corporation, an affiliate of Tan Tao Group, at the Tan Duc Industrial Park, Long An province.
Dear Shareholders of Tan Tao Investment & Industry Corporation,
With the objective to help all Shareholders to understand the operation of the industrial zones invested and managed by the Company and also to save costs in the period of the global recession, The Management Board decided to hold the Annual Shareholders General Meeting – 2009 at the head office of Tan Duc Investment Corporation, a member of Tan Tao Group.
Hereby, Tan Tao Investment & Industry Corporation would like to invite the Shareholders to attend the Annual Shareholders General Meeting in 2009 as follows:
