General Secretary Nong Duc Manh visits Tan Duc IP of Tao Tao Group

The delegation has been warmly welcomed and received by the Tan Tao Group‘s Chairwoman Dang Thi Hoang Yen, Board of Directors, and all staff and employees of Tan Duc Corp.

At the working session, the delegation was briefly introduced to the history and development of the Tan Tao Group as well as the foundation of the 1159 ha Tan Duc IP with a total investment capital of VND 5,000 billion in Duc Hoa district under the support of the Long An authority.

The Tan Duc Complex of Industrial Park – Residential - Service is comprised of a 535 ha Industrial Park with a investment capital of VND 1,684 billion, a 422 ha Residential Area, a 167 Service Place including college, vocational school, hospital, hotel, water sports area, park and 35 ha container port by the Vam Co Dong river.

In the process of building the Tan Duc Industrial Park – Residential – Service Complex, the Tan Tao Group has already donated the building of the Tan Duc secondary school to help local students with national education standards.

General Director Nong Duc Manh works with the Tan Tao Group.

In addition, the Group is always concerned about changing careers for local people. After getting land approval, Tan Tao has employed local people to build nursery gardens.

In Vietnam, Tan Tao is the first enterprise to issue resettlement policies and to build cemetery for displacing tombs in many local areas.

During the meeting, the General Secretary has expressed his delight at visiting the Tan Duc Industrial Park. He apprecitated the Tan Tao Group‘s business and social activities for the past time and pointed out the importance of human resouces to the corporate development as well as Industrial Parks. The General Secretary suggested enterprises take more care of spiritual and material life of wokers in Industrial Parks.

The General Secretary expresed his desire that Tan Tao IP will become a model Industrial Park and suggested the Group build a Green-Clean-Nice Tan Duc Industrial Park with eco-friendly and sustainable development. He added the concensus between directors and employees will be a driving force to help enterprises facilitate further development and improve the lives of employees.
