High-level delegation of Lao Peoples’ Revolutionary Party visited Tan Tao Industrial Park
20 Decemer. A high-level delegation of Lao People‘s Revolution led by Mr. Choumali Saignason, a member of Lao Politburo and Vice-President of Lao People‘s Democratic Republic, visit Tan Tao Industrial Park.
TThe delegation included Deputy Prime Minister of the Laotian Government and several senior officials of the Laotian Central Party and State as well as leaders of the Vietnamese Central Authority and from Ho Chi Minh City.
The delegation was warmly greeted by hundreds of Tan Tao staff in formal uniform who turned out with red flags and flowers to meet the guests. At the meeting, Mr. Thai Van Men, General Director of Tan Tao Group delivered an introduction speech on the foundation and the development of Tan Tao Group in the past 11 years. He also spoke of the historic highs and lows in its development and just what it is that makes Tan Tao Group so strong today.
On behalf of Laotian Party and State, Mr. Choumamali Saignason expressed an appreciation for the warm welcome and praised the Group’s staff for its high spirit and ability to overcome difficulties and to maintain the Group’s growth. Mr. Choumamali Saignason perceived the Group as the best economic model for a variety of domestic and foreign enterprises to learn from whilst at the same time seeking investment opportunities.
To cement the traditional fraternal relationship between Vietnam and Laos as well as relationship between Tan Tao Group and Laos State, former General Director of Tan Tao Group, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam agreed to offer VND 5 billion for the construction of a school in the native land of Vice-president Choumamali Saignason. The contribution will be handed over by Mr. Tam during his upcoming visit to Laos.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation paid a visit to Paiho Ltd, one of the companies, with a large-scale investment of 100% foreign capital, which operates effectively out of Tan Tao Industrial Park.
