Nearly 100 students receive Vu A Dinh scholarships

The Vu A Dinh Fund will give 5,000 scholarships to poor students or ethnic minority students with high levels of academic performance toward its 10th foundation anniversary this year. Tan Tao Group will donate VND 1,5 billion to the Fund within the next five years.
The Fund has recently gave scholarships to 84 students at the Ho Chi Minh City PreUniversity College.
The Ceremony was attended by Ms. Truong My Hoa, former Vice-State President -President of the Vu A Dinh Fund; Mr. Do Van Trac – Chairman – President of the SACOM company; Mr. Le Binh, Head of the Southern representative office of Tien Phong newspaper and Ms. Nguyen Thi Suong, Vice-president of Tan Tao Investment-Industry Corporation.
Ms. Truong My Hoa affirmed that delivering training in the area of human resources for ethnic minorities is a strategic and urgent issue.
At the Ceremony, the Fund gave scholarships, each worth VND 500,000, to 60 ethnic minority students at the Ho Chi Minh city PreUniversity College and 24 additional students at the Southern Youth Institute.
