Celebration evening of excellent students
233 teachers and students were honoured at a ceremony held by the Tan Tao Group and the Ho Chi Minh Television station on the evening of March 2. Held at the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House the ceremony honoured figures involved in manufacture, production, business, and study.
At the ceremony, Mr. Thai Van Men, President of the Tan Tao Group, gifted presents and sponsorship money to 10 teachers representing the 143 good-graded teachers in remote, mountainous areas who displayed an on-going dedication to education and teaching through the Tan Tao Group's sponsored selection list of the program “Supporting poor teachers”.
21 good-graded students from universities, secondary and primary schools of Ho Chi Minh City and Long An province were honoured at the Ceremony. Students who displayed good performance in both their study and social activities were honoured with scholarships from the ITA-Foundations of the Tan Tao Group.
