FOR 2008:
The Board of Directors has adopted a policy of paying quarterly dividends. Under this policy it is intended to have a pattern of three equal interim dividends with a variable fourth interim dividend.
It is envisaged that the first interim dividend in respect of 2007 will be 30% per Common share and it will be paid by shares. The proposed timetables for dividends in respect of 2008 are:
