Milky US, Thanhnien Newspaper, Ministry of Education&Training: 2008 exam season consultancy

The Conference took place with the participation of leaders, professional consultants and training experts of 59 universities, colleges and vocational schools nationwide. In a speech at the Conference, Mr. Do Quoc Anh (Head of Department, Director of Representative Office of Ministry of Education and Training in Ho Chi Minh city) observed: “ There are two new features that materialize the strong growing development of 2008 exam season consultancy. They are: first, the Ministry of Education & Training officially chooses this program as an official communication channel of the national education, the Ministry, via related offices, will provide official information of the program to students and their parents; second, 20 live broadcast shows on VTV channels will be held by Thanhnien newspaper in coordination with Vietnam Television Station to disseminate enrolment information all over the country, particularly in remote mountainous areas.”

For schools participating in the program, Mr. Do Quoc Anh stressed that it is not only a sole professional mission but also a political mission to provide an orientation for students to select the professions responding to the society’s needs.

In the introductory of this year consultancy program, journalist Vinh Thang (Head of Education Department & Youth of Thanhnien newspaper, Head of the Exam season consultancy of Thanhnien newspaper) said, beside live transmission on VTV channels, there will have other weekly direct forms of consultancy such as every Monday online consultancy on Thanhnien newspaper‘s website (www.thanhnien.com.vn) and direct public consultancy addressed to students of all provinces nationwide.

Mrs. Le Luu Huyen Thanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Management Board of Tan Tao Group, Vice President of Milky US Company expressed the joy to have Milky US being a sponsor of the program and to participate with the State and social organizations to invest into the development of country’s intellectual power for the future. The enrolment consultancy program will no doubt draw popular participation nationwide with 20 live broadcast weeks, 40 participating localities and VND 2 billion scholarship offered by the program.
