Tan Tao Group’s Chairwoman attends the World Economic Forum on Europe and Central Asia 2011

MdmYen Dang, Chairwoman of Tan Tao Group attended the World Economic Forum on Europe and Central Asia 2011 in Vienna, Austria from 8 – 9 June, 2011. Within the framework of this Forum, she together with more than 500 delegates who are leaders of nations, businesses and international economical and financial organizations exchanged and discussed the issues concerning promotion of innovation application into the economic development through the effectiveness intensification of Research and Development, establishing the Knowledge Triangle of education, research and innovation to drive competitiveness and growth…

Also during this Forum, Mdm. Yen Dang met many investors and partners from many countries around the world, to introduce investment opportunities to Vietnam market and discussed about cooperation promotion between investors and Tan Tao Group. Most of investors have expressed their admiration for Vietnam's economic achievements over the past years in general, and Tan Tao Group’s contributions in particular, including becoming Vietnam’s leading infrastructure developer, attraction of foreign direct investment for domestic production promotion, pioneer application of science and technology and introduction of initiatives to improve labor efficiency, economic effectiveness, environmental protection, through which investors and partners have appreciated and affirmed their desire to cooperate with the Tan Tao Group.

The World Economic Forum (WEF), founded in 1971, is currently known as the biggest and most important economic forum in the world with more than 1,000 members who are leaders of the world’s leading businesses. The Forum has a important voice in the resolution of critical issues of the global economy such as promotion of the world economic growth, globalization, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, etc. through its meetings. Beside meetings, WEF also produces a series of research reports and engages its members in sector specific initiatives.
