The Golden Rose of Tan Tao Group
In the evening of 7 March , at the Hanoi National Convention Center, the Ceremony of awarding “Golden Roses Cups” to outstading female leaders was held by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in coordination with the Vietnam Women Association. Mrs. Dang Thi Hoang Yen, Chairwoman of the Management Board of Tan Tao Group was honored with the title of Model Businesswoman and the Golden Rose Cup.
The Ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Sinh Hung Politburo Member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Ho Duc Viet, Politburo Member, Head of the Party‘s Central Organization Board, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Doan the Vice State President and other leaders. The Ceremony was broadcast live on VTV1 Channel.
The ceremony is held every year on International Women’s Day 8 March to award and honor female managers and leaders of businesses with excellent performance who have made great contributions to the social and economic development of the nation and for enhancing the living conditions of their employees.

Mrs. Dang Thi Hoang Yen, Chairwoman of the Management Board of Tan Tao Group as well as three other businesswomen including Mrs. Pham Thi Thanh Ha (Chairwoman of the Management Board of Construction Company 512) Mrs. Duong Thanh Thuy (Director of Trung Thuy Company) and Mrs. Do Thi Kim Lien (Chairwoman of the Management Board of AAA Insurance Corporation) were among the 36 businesswomen honored at the ceremony.
Apart from awarding 36 “Golden Rose Cups”, 68 Certificates of Merit of the Organizing Board were awarded to other excellent businesswomen.
During her speech at the Award Ceremony, Mrs. Dang Thi Hoang Yen said: “Tan Tao Industrial Park has created 20,000 jobs for employees. Every morning, seeing a stream of people flocking to Tan Tao Industrial Park gives me a sense of true happiness and responsibility. Along with these thousands of employees are thousands of families who have close-knit relations with the Industrial Park. Therefore, we always take care to set the benefits of our labor as the first priority. Tan Tao Industrial Park has built clubs, entertainment zones, tennis courts amongst other amenities for our laborers to relax after tense working hours. In particular, our health consulting-rooms and health center are equipped with modern equipment and we constantly ask companies in the Industrial Park to organize periodic medical examinations, to provide health care services to their laborers…These are my attempts to contribute to the development of our country and society.”
